How to delete your KarryBiz account
You can delete your account at any time from the KarryBiz app. To delete your KarryBiz account, follow the steps below.
Warning: This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including stores, products, orders, customers, and transaction history. This action cannot be undone.
Delete your account in 5 steps
Log in to your dashboard
Open the KarryBiz app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Click the More icon
It’s the last tab in the bottom bar.
Navigate to the Delete Account tab
Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account, just above Logout.
Enter the reason for account deletion
Pick a reason from the list. You can add more details if you like.
Enter your account password and click the Submit button
Tick “I understand that this action is permanent and all my data will be deleted”, then tap Submit Deletion Request.

What will be deleted
Everything linked to your account goes when you submit the request. Your wallet balance is deleted too, so withdraw any available funds to your bank first.
Some records may be kept where the law requires it, for example for tax, fraud prevention or disputes. Our Privacy Policy explains how long data is kept.
